You are solely responsible for any content you generate or upload using CrunchCrunchPaw, including but not limited to poll questions, welcome and leaving messages, and magic 8ball questions. You agree not to upload or generate content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

CrunchCrunchPaw reserves the right to moderate and manage content generated using its features, including but not limited to polls, tickets, and magic 8ball responses. We may remove or modify content that violates these Terms or Discord's Community Guidelines.

## Liability and Warranty Disclaimer

CrunchCrunchPaw is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all liability for damages or losses resulting from your use of CrunchCrunchPaw, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
